All orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must have tags attached and in the exact condition it was received. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Items indicated as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for a return, exchange, or merchandise credit. All Beauty, Food Products or Custom Pieces are considered Final Sale.

A portion of every sale will be donated to the AdventHealth Neuroscience Institute and The Pixel Fund pet rescue organization. We will donate the proceeds on a quarterly basis.

We are currently only shipping to all the 49 Continental States plus Hawaii. We are looking to ship internationally sometime in the future.

All orders will ship between 1-2 business days unless noted on the product details. All orders placed Friday after 12pm will be shipped out the following Monday.

Loretta Josephine is a 100% purebred American Foxhound. When she was adopted, we were told she was a Beagle and surprise we have this long legged tricolor stubborn girl who fills our hearts with love.

Danielle had an invasive grade 3/4 meningioma (the most common of brain tumors). The brain tumor was larger than a grapefruit once removed that left Danielle with complications and challenges during her recovery. Danielle suffered seizures, memory loss, speech loss as well as being told she might never walk again. With determination and her dedicated medical staff as well as her family and friends for support Danielle was able to complete her first 5k 10 months after her brain tumor was removed. On top of the brain tumor diagnosis Danielle was already living with RSD or CRPS a debilitating crippling nerve disease in her hand. Due to the RSD Danielle has undergone 5 spinal surgeries and has a spinal cord stimulator implant imbedded in her spine to help with the pain in her hand and limbs from the RSD. In addition to the brain tumor and RSD Danielle has endured many medical complications from her surgeries including but not limited to chronic migraines, neurological/muscular conditions, blood clots, and anemia that require infusions, constant changing of medications to manage the pain and hospital stays. This is why it is important to Danielle and the Loretta Josephine Team that we give back to the AdventHealth Neuroscience Institute so that we can help spread the word and find a cure for those battling their own diagnoses.
